Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, though needing updating, were clean and comfortable, but with a poor view. The service was cordial but unhelpful in certain situations. The location, on the outskirts of town, had a fitness area, but the odd smell was off-putting. Unfortunately, the dining options weren't as expected, and there was a lack of clarity on breakfast. Overall, with some improvements, it could be a great place to stay.
The hotel had spacious rooms, great for kids to play and adults to relax, but the view was disappointing. Despite this, the overall comfort and quiet atmosphere make it a place I'd consider staying at again.
I stayed at this hotel which I found to be a bit overpriced for what it offers. The room was supposed to have a king bed but it was a queen instead. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, felt small and cramped. They could also use some updating. The service was decent overall, with some staff members seeming less enthusiastic, but they were willing to accommodate my requests when asked. The location, on the west edge of Amarillo, was convenient for those traveling west or northwest, avoiding downtown traffic. However, the front desk staff lacked friendliness. The dining experience, while not complimentary as in other hotels, offered good made-to-order omelettes at an added cost. The facilities were adequate, but nothing extraordinary stood out.
